The eligibility requirements to attend Founders Classical Academy – Online are set by Texas Senate Bill 15. The Bill states that students who received 50% or more of their instruction remotely in the previous school year (2021-2022 school year) at a Texas public or charter school must have passed all of their core subjects with a C or higher and, if an incoming 4th through 8th grader, must have passed all of their STAAR tests. Additionally, students must have had a number of unexcused absences that is 10 percent or fewer out of all instructional days in the preceding year.
